About Us

Watercourse Investments is an Indianapolis-based, family-owned investment company acquiring meaningful interests in lower-middle market businesses throughout the Midwest.

Our hope is that leveraging a capital skillset to build great businesses that solve problems, serve others and allow people to experience joy is not just a thesis but a common practice. 

Because we invest with our own capital and other mission-aligned investors, we are not bound by investment timeframes and liquidity metrics. We invest for the long-term to build durable businesses that generate great returns and care for people.

We strive to build a relationship that preserves the seller’s legacy in order to transition the business well. This transition is extremely important to us; all steps must exemplify financial literacy and intentional relationship to provide a seamless transition that provides stability, creates value and supports the vision.   • SIZE: $1-5 million in EBITDA

  • GEOGRAPHY: Midwest headquarters

  • TRANSACTION TYPE: Buyouts, recapitalizations, growth capital investments
